What’s an FAQ? 

FAQ means frequently asked questions; it is where we answer questions about shop policies, shipping, returns, etc.


Any changes to shipping due to COVID-19?

We make sure to handle all our packaging with safety and sanitation. All orders are handled securely and with care. Shipping on accepted international orders may take longer than expected due to COVID-19 restrictions/delays.


How much is shipping?

Tracked Shipping: Shipping cost is calculated based on weight of package and shipping location

International shipping: We currently ship to Canada, Mexico, UAE, Japan, Hong Kong, South Korea, Singapore, and more recently the UK*. Shipping cost is calculated based on weight of package and shipping location

*Please note that for orders shipped from the USA to the UK, customers are responsible for paying any applicable VAT (Value Added Tax) and other taxes imposed by customs authorities. We do not collect VAT at the time of purchase, and any such fees are the sole responsibility of the customer upon importation. We recommend consulting with local customs authorities or tax advisors for further information on potential duties and taxes related to your order.

Stickers Only: No Tracking (USA only): we are currently working on offering a cheaper alternative for shipping on sticker only orders, and will update the site and this page when we know more!


Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on domestic (USA) orders over $75 !


What happens if my order has pre-order stuff?

If your order includes pre-order items, we'll ship everything together once we get all the items in stock at our warehouse. If you've also got some in-stock goodies with your pre-ordered stuff, we'll ship those when the pre-ordered item is good to go.


Can I get my in-stock items first before the pre-ordered ones?

Absolutely! If you want to grab your in-stock items ASAP, you'll need to make separate orders. That way, you can enjoy your in-stock goodies without waiting for the pre-ordered stuff to be ready for shipping. 


Order Processing/Where is my package?

We try our best to get orders out the soonest we are able. Keep in mind if you order near our website updates/launches, processing time may be somewhat longer due to the amount of orders we get at the same time. If you have any specific questions about your order, you may use our “contact us” form to get in touch.

When placing your order, please make sure to double check you are providing a valid and full shipping address. Any items that are sent back to our return address will be restocked onto the website. A refund will be given for the product value* (please note that shipping fees for orders with incomplete or incorrect shipping information cannot be refunded).

Economy/Standard shipping include a tracking number. Once an order is processed and sent out, please allow 5-8 business days* for delivery. International orders will take longer, and can be estimated 4 weeks or more.

Sometimes packages get marked delivered before they are left at their destination, so please give some time before considering your order lost or stolen. Definitely reach out if you have any questions by filling out the “contact us” form, and if you suspect theft you may contact your local authorities to file a report.

*packages may take longer depending on time of year and order size.


Can I cancel my purchase?

We understand that sometimes life happens and whatever the reason, we are able to cancel orders within 24 hours as long as they have not yet been processed/shipped!


Can I get a refund/return an order?

We try our best to make sure all products are top of the line and have very minimal to no defects before processing/shipping. If, however, you are having any issue with your order, please fill out the “contact us” form immediately so that we can assess and see if anything can be done.

Unfortunately, we are not offering returns or refunds. If you notice any major defect or flaw, then contact us as soon as you can so we can help.
